Conditions of Booking
After your initial request to book you will be sent a booking form which should be returned immediately in order to secure the booking. Your contract with us is made when all of the following have been completed:
• We receive the signed and completed booking form
• The requested deposit has been paid in cleared unconditional funds
• We have sent to you confirmation of acceptance of the booking
A £100 deposit is due to us within 7 days of the booking request. The balance of the holiday cost will be set out on our confirmatory invoice to you. It must be paid in full in cleared unconditional funds not later than 28 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to do so will result in the booking being treated as cancelled by you and the deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to cancel your holiday the lead client must notify us via email (or by post). The date of cancellation will be the date that we receive this notice. In the event of cancellation by you the following cancellation charges will be payable:
• 56 Days Prior to Arrival Date - Deposit Forfeited
• 28 Days Prior to Arrival Date - 100% of Holiday Price Forfeited
In addition to the weekly rental, a refundable security bond of £100.00 is levied which is returnable on return of the keys and if NO damage is caused during the rental period. This is payable to us with the final payment.
Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer. Please note that you must be 18 years or over to make a booking.
Liability: We shall not PAY COMPENSATION or be Liable or Responsible for any Loss or Personal Injury you may suffer during the term of the Apartment hire. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate valid insurance cover. It is a condition of booking your holiday that you have taken out adequate valid insurance against such risks as medical costs, personal accident, risks, loss, personal liability and legal expenses.
